== Minimum distance between ramps and first entrance or outerroad ==

What is the minimum distance between the ramp termini & the first entrance (or outer road) if it is a minor low-volume Route?  The chart states "Generally not applicable" for minor routes. Should it say (refer to standard entrance spacing?)
