	The Incarcerated Personnel Work Release program is a joint effort between the Missouri Department of Corrections (MoDOC) and the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). This program allows inmates valuable job training as they near their release time while also allowing MoDOT to accomplish tasks that otherwise may not be completed. Incarcerated help is intended to supplement work done by MoDOT forces.
