Samples shall be subjected to a Laboratory visual examination to determine compliance for light center length, markings, position of burning, bulb type, base type, and filament type.  Manufacturer's certifications shall be checked for compliance with all requirements of the bid request. Data on Laboratory findings shall be recorded in Laboratory workbooks. This information shall then be recorded through AASHTOWARE Project (AWP).
