The Pipe Shipping Report Forms, for reporting to the Central Office or for reporting to a district office will be used by the manufacturer to inform district or Materials, whichever is responsible for inspection of the plant making the shipment, of each shipment of all pipe and pipe material found in Sec 1020, Sec 1021, Sec 1022, Sec 1026, Sec 1027, Sec 1028, and Sec 1047.

AASHTOWARE Project (AWP) sample IDs will be assigned to pipe and pipe material as described in the applicable Specification section.

106.15.1 Responsibility

The responsibility of sample ID assignment, sampling, testing, and Quality Assurance inspection shall be as described in the applicable Specification section.
