120.8.1 Facilities
Performance Expectation
Welcome Centers shall be convenient, clean and safe to provide a place for long distance travelers exiting the interstate to rest.
Performance Measures
Inspections will be conducted on all Welcome Centers in the spring and fall to determine if they look good and are performing as intended.
Performance Objectives
All inspections should score 90% or above to be acceptable.
