There is a bad link in this article.

"For preliminary discussions, only the sign location plan showing existing and proposed signing is recommended. Sign details, cross-sections, signing forms (Forms D-29 and D-30), ....."

media:D-30.doc should be media:D-30.pdf. There is also this same error in 903.18.2
