129.10 Railroads

The district advises all railroads in the affected project area by sending a notice to the railroads' chief engineers when the project affects railroad lines, railroad yards or industrial properties belonging to the railroad. Preliminary layouts through yards or industrial areas are discussed with the railroads to ensure their current plans are not in conflict with the proposed project. This is done in coordination with the Multimodal Operations Division (MoDOT Access Only).
